Q: Who’s actually shipping this stuff?
That’d be my trusty partners at Printful. They print, pack, and ship every shirt, hat, mug, and ridiculous sticker straight from their warehouses — so I don’t have to juggle tape guns or eat ramen boxes for dinner.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days, but depending on the item it can take up to 20 days (especially if it’s a hoodie, towel, or something fancy). Each product page lists the estimated delivery time, so you know before you click “Buy.”
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Not usually. Shipping costs are set by Printful and passed straight to you — no markups, no sneaky fees, no Florida-Man surprises. I don’t roll your shipping into the product price because that’s just dishonest math. What you see is what you pay.
Q: Why does shipping cost different amounts for different items?
Because a sticker doesn’t weigh as much as a beach towel, and a beach towel sure doesn’t fit in a mailbox. Each product type has its own flat rate, based on Printful’s real shipping costs.
Q: What if I order a bunch of stuff at once?
If you order several items, they might ship separately — that’s normal! Printful sends from multiple warehouses to get your gear to you faster. You’ll get tracking numbers for each package.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Right now, U.S. only. I’d love to ship Gator Milk worldwide, but customs doesn’t share my sense of humor yet.
Q: What happens if my order costs more than $50 — do I get free shipping?
Printful sometimes offers free domestic shipping for larger orders, but it depends on the product mix. If that discount kicks in, you’ll see it automatically at checkout.
Q: What about holiday delays?
Between October 15 and January 17, there’s a temporary $0.40 peak-season surcharge on U.S. orders — thanks to carrier price hikes. It’s out of my control, but I keep it transparent.
Q: How can I track my order?
As soon as Printful ships your order, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Follow it for live updates — from warehouse to your doorstep.
Q: My order arrived messed up. Now what?
Oh no! Send me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I’ll get Printful to fix it or replace it. (Seriously, they’re good about it.)
